This is a life saver! I am 38, I haven’t had bad periods for years. But recently, I’ve had the worst cramps, fatigue, my periods have just been taking me out. Broke out in hives

I got this from my local Target. Within 3 days I stated to break out in red itchy hives all over. This was the only new supplement/ food I changed in my diet. Once I discounted, the hives started to clear up. Huge waste of money and now I have to toss the bottle.

I love these capsules! They truly make a difference when transitioning off birth control. I've lost weight, my emotions are less irritable, and I love that it has milk thistle in it! My skin is glowing and I love that they are vegan capsules! If you've been looking for something to help get off birth control and get back to your regular self these are highly recommended!

I don’t know how these can work SO fast…

I am 98% sure that these capsules started working for me after 1-2 days. I’ve been battling hormonal acne and worsening PMS after getting off hormonal BC last year. I started taking these about 1 week ago and my acne started clearing up while PMSing! Like, when it would usually be at its worst. And no breast tenderness like usual. What’s happening?! Interested to see how it helps through the rest of the month and next cycle to be sure… I already added them to my subscription!
