The worst customer service ever
Unfortunately this product did not work for me. I’ve been reaching out to this company by email and phone and have left voice messages and emails, and have absolutely no communication from this company in return! It’s appalling to know that they only care about your money and not really about the afterwords! If this product doesn’t work for you, you can forget about reaching anyone for help.
Hi Amanda, I'm really sorry you have this view of us. We have tried to call you today to understand how we can make this right, but we didnt get an answer. We researched and it looked like on Dec 15th you wrote one time asking why you were getting a subscription charge and on that day we responded and cancelled your ongoing subscription. Occasionally, people accidentally chose subscription instead of one time buy on the website as it is the more discounted price which is probably what happened. Today, after reading your review, we also went and refunded your past purchase. We are a small business who cares greatly for our customers, and i invite you to remember there are humans who are trying their best on the other end of the screen you are typing into.
