I tried this product because I am a huge fan of the Winged Sleepy gummies and of desserts! This is the perfect healthy hot chocolate to have before bed while watching a movie or reading a book. Plus it is the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. The magnesium just makes me so calm! I feel like I have been having more relaxing dreams, I usually have stressful dreams and have a problem with clenching my jaw and biting my teeth. I think this is helping me actually relax while I sleep!

Glow Up PM - Part of my Nighttime Routine

I waited quite awhile to write a review for Glow Up PM.

I wanted to be sure it worked for me. I have a really hard time sleeping, and I didn’t want to write a review until I was sure it would work for me. I have seen an improvement in my sleep pattern.l, I fall asleep easily and I tend to sleep longer! I’m very happy with the product. By the way, there was a mixup with my order a while back, and that gave me a chance to try Glow Up PM for free!!! Thank you for the opportunity to try the product! Relaxing

This is the one supplement I use for sleep consistently, because it works and it’s yummy - a treat to myself. Since it’s a drink it feels like a healthy ritual which calms me and the ingredients help me sleep about 30 minutes after I drink.

Yummy and effective

This is our new nightly ritual! My husband used to eat ice cream before bed and not sleep well. Now we each have a mug of this with whipped cream and a little dash of sweet cream. He’s been sleeping better and so have I!

Delicious

wish the directions could be more clear on how much fluid to mix with and whether hot or cold. It's very delicious but it does NOT dissolve very well.
