Winged Wellness Giveaway — Official Rules

No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Winged Nutrition LLC, located at 21330 NE 23 Ct, Miami, FL 33180 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM ET on Friday, August 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Thursday, August 13, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit wingedwellness.com/pages/build-your-winged-routine during the Entry Period, complete the quiz, and submit a valid email address when prompted. One entry per person/email address for the duration of the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email will be void. No purchase of any product or service is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a one (1) year supply of a Winged Wellness product, selected by Sponsor based on the winner's quiz results and product availability. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $360.00 USD. Actual value may vary. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in the value of the prize after the date these rules are issued.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about Monday, August 17, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 24 hours of the drawing. The potential winner will be required to respond within 48 hours of notification and/or sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release. Failure to respond within the required time, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Taxes

If the prize's fair market value is $600 or more, the winner will be required to provide a completed W-9 form, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the prize value. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected entries.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Data & Privacy

Information collected at entry will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and, where separately agreed to by the entrant, for marketing communications in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://wingedwellness.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform used to promote it.
