3 Smoothie Recipes We’re Obsessing Over

It’s time to talk smoothies! They have been the latest craze and have become the Girl Boss of foods —versatile, efficient, packed with energy, and not one to waste time. Smoothies are the perfect quick breakfast to get you through your morning meetings, or if you simply need a recharge after a wine-filled night.

The beauty of it all is that smoothies are hard to mess up. Hate pineapple, but love mango? Don’t fret, just add any ingredient that will help you fuel your body. Feel like you need an extra boost of superfoods? Add some chia or flax seeds. Get creative! You can also add a few drops of your favorite CBD oil before you head out to tackle the day.

Below are a few smoothie recipes we’ve been totally obsessing over lately. They’re packed with a ton of good-for-you fruits and veggies, they taste amazing, and most importantly they will have you out the door in less than five minutes.

  • 2 kiwi peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe peach or nectarine chopped
  • 1 ripe banana, preferably frozen
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of spinach or kale

  • 1 cup milk (feel free to replace with almond, coconut or soy milk)
  • 1 handful of fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • .5-1 ml of CBD oil
