I was disappointed

It worked pretty well but I could not continue to use because it doesn't mix in at all. It leaves an unpleasant tasting grit in your drink. I would try to mix it in my morning coffee and then have to dump my cup half way through and to me, waisting coffee is sacrilege. I was quite disappointed.

Happy her powder

This powder was a bit strong for me. Personally, I was sensitive to the effects but it did work. I add just a sprinkle to water and very shortly after, I feel the effects of it- my mood improves and I get an energy boost.

I thought it was cheesy at first but after taking the product for several months, the name is a true representative of what it does

As someone who's currently struggling with a myriad of perimenopause symptoms, Happy Start has specifically helped me level out my mood swings. Since taking it I no longer feel such extreme highs and lows.

Happy Start and Rise Up are the best duo!

This is NOT sponsored! I have been looking for something to replace my ADHD medication and I finally found it. I’ve been taking Happy Start and Rise Up for one week now and I will be continuing these products. It’s not as cost effective, but worth the extra money bc it works so well and it’s not from Big Pharma.

I can say I notice a difference when I don’t take the Happy Start and gummies together…like taking the gummies only.

I feel much more focused and energy is off the charts when combining the two. And NO jitters or weird feeling!!
